RESIDENCE CARD FOR NON-EU FAMILY MEMBERS OF EUROPEAN UNION CITIZENS

Family members of a Spanish citizen or a citizen from another EU country can be beneficiaries of the residence card belonging to a relative from an EU country. NON-LUCRATIVE RESIDENCE PERMIT

Application of a foreign citizen, non-resident in Spain, who wants to come to Spain without carrying out any work activity.

RESIDENCE PERMITS FOR FAMILY REUNIFICATION

A foreign resident may make arrangements for the following relatives to join them in Spain: spouse, children, etc.... complying with the financial and health requirements and those regarding a lack of a criminal record.

RESIDENCE PERMITS ARISING FROM SETTLEMENT AND OTHER EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES

This can be requested by foreigners who are in Spain and who want to be authorised to reside here temporarily, provided that they can prove, among other requirements, that they have been in Spain uninterruptedly for a minimum of two years and the existence of an employment relationship lasting a minimum of six months, through the documents provided for in the standard.
